The Dynamo is a handsome, cuboidal little fellow that can be used in a forward or downward-firing configuration by attaching the stand to either the control side or driver side respectively. Bear in mind, if you go with the forward-firing configuration, the control knobs and sockets are on the under-side and rather hard to get to.

I like the fact that it can be used forward or downward firing.
The sub sounds great,it is absolutely phenomenal.
I was very skeptical about the dynamo because of its small footprint, sealed enclosure,
and the fact that it weighs the same amount as my avr, about 28 pounds.

That sounds pretty incredible for a 28 pound sub.

All I can say is wow. This sub really kicks butt. My initial impressions were this sound can not be coming from this tiny subwoofer.
Nice, accurate, tight, deep bass. Very fast musically, and has kept up with just about everything I have thrown its way

Home theater wise, this sub really puts out. I watched Transformers on Blu and the Hulk.
I was amazed to say the least. I can’t believe what I am hearing from this sub.

The speed is amazing. Tight clean bass. Check them out.

It has taken my system to another level. It has a 10″ driver that can be configured as front or down firing.
It has a 200 watt RMS amp. I’m using it down firing for music only.

“Very high quality, especially considering the $649 price tag. The woofer is very nice quality and so are the stands, knobs, grill etc.

I love the fact that you have it front or rear firing. I am actually surprised other subwoofer manufacturers haven’t adopted a similar way of providing the consumers with this option.

Clean and deep bass response in most rooms. I had very good results going back and forth between the Depth i I own and this little Dynamo and it held it’s own. That’s saying a ton as the Depth i was $2,195. Don’t get me wrong, I definitely prefer the Depth i over the Dynamo but it doesn’t have 3x the performance, if going off MSRP pricing.

This would be an idea sub for someone with a nice 2 channel system for music. It also works well for movies, as long as you aren’t tryin yo fill a larger room.”
